Breathwork: the revolution begins in your own nervous system

We're on this weird human mission to do things like try to prove our worth, experience joy, feel frustration, navigate trauma, have curiosity, grieve, get jealous and be scared all at the same damn time AND YET society has the audacity to pressure and shame us into downplaying our complexity for the sake of belonging and safety.

This practice will help you bring awareness to the emotions that co-exist in our bodies. It is an invitation to start a revolution within yourself: a commitment to holding several truths at once with love and without judgement - to be open to more self compassion and in turn, build capacity to be more compassionate with others.
