I see too many people (and by extension, their businesses) living half truths, hiding their most delicious juice out of fear. I want more people and businesses to stand ten toes down in their conviction. So naturally, I’m obsessed with what influences us NOT to do that — from corporations and institutions to families, relationships, governments, and culture.  I’ve worked across all of em’.

These days I care most about the people who power every system we live inside: the humans carrying the stories, grief, power, rage, and possibility that make change either repeat or rupture. I blend systems thinking, somatics, and damn good instinct to help people and businesses descend beneath the performance of growth and return to the wild, ungovernable, honest intelligence of their own aliveness.
